CFHS Band
If you're a current junior (Class of 2024), or sophomore (Class of 2025) and you're interested in being a section leader next year, please read the following Section Leader expectations:

I am a respected member and leader of my section.

I am a competent musician and respected player in my section.

I am a positive, active, and dedicated member of the CFHS Band. My actions are exemplary.

I am committed to playing, marching, and memorizing at a high level, so I am able to assist others in doing the same.

I am a team player and will promote band unity through my attitude and attendance at band and leadership events.

I understand that the playing, marching, and attendance expectations are higher for section leaders.

I will arrive promptly at the start of rehearsal and will be prepared to remain after rehearsals to help other band members, student leaders, drum majors, and the directors as needed.

I am committed to leading my section toward performing at a high level and achieving the goals it sets for the season.

I will schedule additional help/sectionals for individuals in my section or my entire section as needed.

I will hold my section accountable for learning their music, marching, and drill.

I will hold my section accountable for carrying the required materials (music and drill charts, pencil, etc.)
